Day 5 AIM: How do we survive our first case of the Mondays?

Do Now: Try your very best to stay awake on the subway. Yes, I realize that your circadian clock syncs up with the 6 train and indirectly wakes you up at your respective South Bronx stop, but don’t count on that on Monday. At work, try to keep to yourself. Avoid long winded conversations with your co-workers about weekend escapades. In the end, it’s just banter, and banter eventually becomes exhausting. Just imagine how long you can talk about pumpkin bread from the farmer’s market before you realize that it’s just pumpkin bread and 5 hours of sleep really isn’t enough. But ultimately, you must make it to the end of the day. Because then it’s not Monday anymore.
