Day 9 AIM: How can I go out on Thursday night and still teach on Friday?

Do Now: Craft a lesson that involves complete student attention for the entire 45-48 minutes of classroom instruction. A thorough quiz on the class rules would be good, partly because it reinforces the authority of the classroom, and partly because they’ll be so engaged with with scantrons and bubbles that they won’t notice if your head falls slightly onto the edge of your desk, only for a second, as the slow methodical beat of the AC in your classroom lulls you back to a state of pseudo-slumber.
